30-day money-back guarantee

PlanIt offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all PlanIt orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@ethiplan.com and we will raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window, refunds may still be available at Paddle's discretion in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, consumer protection laws, and applicable regulations.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
